Interview
After applying, I waited about a month for a response via phone. I interviewed over the phone and was then invited to interview at the store. About a week after that interview, I was called and offered the position. I interviewed with one of the supervisors and also a supervisor in training. The whole process was quick maybe 15 minutes at most. We went over my resume as well as the daily routine for the store.

Interview
Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
