Question 1
Q: Why do you want to work at LEGO?
Q: What was an experience when you went above and beyond?
Q: What was your worse mistake and how did you fix it?
I applied online. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2018
Interview
I initially had a phone screening with the manager of the LEGO Brand Retail store I was applying to work at. Following the phone interview, I went in person to the store to interview again with the manager. The first interview question was less of a question and more of a fun exercise to build a LEGO scene from the Pick-a-Brick wall to "describe ourselves."
