I was encouraged to apply for the position through LinkedIn. Interviews took place exclusively via Teams meetings, which worked without technical outcomes. The information sent before the interviews was really good and gave me the prerequisites to feel prepared and comfortable during the interviews, although it was difficult to read body language in digital meetings. The interviewers were very good at providing feedback during and at the end of each meeting.
