Un proceso muy diferente al que conozco de otras empresas, me gusto que fue más humano y buscan conocerte como persona y hacerte sentir cómodo.
Aunque lograr obtener una entrevista es difícil, me parece que una vez que entras al proceso tienen claro el porqué fuiste seleccionado para participar.

Professionally done, simple and mainly HR asking you about the interest, expectation and experience and why you want to join lego and motivation. Growth and culture fit check etc etc.
3 interviews in all. 1st was a screening by phone, second was online and third was in person in Billund. Overall good process, nice people. The process was a bit slow though.
