Some of the interviewers are very inexperienced - beware of this..... Also, you won't get a face ot face I had three phone interviews and one Skype interview. The Skype interviewer did not know how to sign on to a Skype conference call lync so I did the entire interview on my phone screen. I didn't really care since at my current job we are rarely in the same room together for meetings. But I thought it was odd since LEGO set up the call.
