Interview
Email to a zoom call which is a group interview with the manager and assistant manager. The whole group interview felt very calm and fun like it was a casual get to know you conversation. The manager was very nice and respectful and showed she really cared about the interview not being a scary process for people.

Interview
Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
