Short phone conversation. All selected candidates invited to a whole day selection process. Candidates were asked to perform 2 group tasks (in groups of 3-4 people with preparation time and presentation) and, for those selected to continue further, 1 individual task.
The team at Lego was very friendly, welcoming and inspiring.
