I extremely enjoyed the way the whole process has been structured. It was clear what the next steps are and I really appreciate everything happened via email, making it super easy to book the next meeting without feeling the stress of taking a phone call from a recruiter while in the office. I also really value LEGO for providing the offer of accommodations for specific needs, which is super important for different groups of people who normally would be discriminated by a traditional recruitment process. I also believe the overall agenda, as well as case study, were very transparent and allowed for me as a candidate to show off my skills while not demanding me to invest too much in the whole process. HOWEVER, all this very positive experience has been basically wiped out at the very last stage. I have been informed during my final interview, I will hear from the hiring manager by the end of the week and he repeated a few times he will definitely reach out to me and only special circumstances could create a delay. However, I have never heard back from no one. After over a week I learned that the process has been finalized from the candidate profile. I reached out to ask for feedback and again - did not hear back. Frankly, this makes it very doubtful I will ever try to go through the recruitment process with LEGO or recommend LEGO as an employer to anyone.
