The company takes forever to reach out for an interview and even longer to get hired. It took me 5 months from when I applied to get an interview and an offer. I heard it took some people even longer. Even for internal candidates, the recruiting process is horrible.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your experience and how it will relate to this role.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (San Leandro, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
An initial interview over the phone. Lasted almost 45 mins and covered questions regarding my work history from present back to 1989. Most questions concerned management skills and project management. The length of work experience was due to not having worked retail since 1998 and that included management experience which they were interested in me having. Lots of questions and some very important in asking for the work. I do feel the pay is not comparable to the work and the company may need to readdress this given the rise in minimum wage.

Question 1
What was the one time that you over came a tough situation through team work with a coworker?
Very thorough phone interview with the recruiter. We were on the phone for about 1 hour. If a person seems like a good fit for the position, then a face to face interview with the hiring manager is arranged at a later date. From there, offer is made to candidate pending a drug and background check is clean.

Pretty straightforward interview and job duties/expectations are very laid out so there's no surprises.
