It was a 1 on 1 interview with the resource manager. He was eager to know me, asked a lot of personal questions (nothing pushy) to determine that I would be a good fit for the company's profile.
The interview process started with an email for a phone screen and a follow-up interview. The whole process happened very quickly to be honest. It is good to know that they will schedule a face-to-face interview.
