Einführung mit jeweiliger Vorstellung der Gesprächsteilnehmer.
Anschließend sind wir meinen Lebenslauf durchgegangen und ich habe zu den relevanten Stationen meiner Karriere genauere Details erläutert.
Danach habe ich mit meinen zukünftigen Abteilungsleiter gesprochen und von jedem Gesprächsteilnehmer jeweils eine Frage gestellt bekommen.
Insgesamt entstand ein sehr angenehmes Gesprächsklima.
