Initial interview to get hired on = very simple, basic, typical interview questions. Promotion interview later in career = case-based questions. Hardest one, as usual, was "What is your biggest fault." (because you want to be honest and give a valid answer but do not want to raise red flags) So nothing out of the ordinary.
