IT technical question, no written test, I failed on this one. the questions I've got was very flexible, coz I don't have any IT background, the interviewer had to focus on the existing knowledge I had like database, SQL, JAVA. If you know that JAVA is an "object orientated program language" you should be fine.
3. Behavioral - general behavioral questions, "how do you manage team...give example" "how do you manage your time if someone seeks help from you when you are busy."
