The Interview consisted of 10 questions. I enjoyed the experience. I felt very at ease being in my home. I also didn't feel like I was on the spot answering questions. The questions were 1.5 min. & had x3 tries. This gave me time to look up an answer.. haha. Questions were first about getting to know the reason I chose them to work for. Next was about training to a frontline audience, my experience. hmm i looked that up . I had not heard of that term used.. Another was about what did i do when an issue with employee escalated. Another, what was my favorite training experience. Another, tell me about a time where you wrote and or designed a training session.. yes not super hard questions.
