The recruiter asked for specific experience training SaaS focused (ie: technical) employees, which is of course quite reasonable. The question that stumped me came from the manager, who gave me a broad scenario and asked how I'd respond. Specifically, if approached by a leader seeking training for their team - how would I approach it start to finish.

SVP asked my how I would handle salespeople not tuning in or participating in training sessions. What he said was "everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth... how would I handle this?" Laughable and very unprofessional, but par for the course for someone like him.
