The hardest questions are about your background and training. However, this doesn't really matter as long as you can perform the method very well and are personable. I would say that the verbal portion of the hiring process is the least bit important for this position. The main concern is if you are able to perform the method and teach the method at a certain level of excellence. If you have not had extensive dance training there is very little need to apply. All of the trainers have extensive dance training and degrees and this is definitely an unspoken requirement.
