The face to face interview with the managing director lasted about an hour, went through pretty much everything on my CV and a few questions about personality such as my biggest regret. From talking to the other people on the graduate scheme the face to face interviews are all very different

The interviewer assign to those employee will first ask you if you have already working experience related to the position you are applying for. Secondly, you must a title degree holder. And of course, you must be willing to work under PRESSURE.
