The manager made me explain the skillsets that I wanted to develop and what growth meant to me. The toughest question I had was, " What are you short term and long term goals?"
They ask you random questions like your favorite sports teams, food, three adjective to describe you, etc. I think they might actually just use the 20 questions cards for some of those.
