Nothing was very difficult-you have to be outspoken at the group interview, but not too outspoken.
Most difficult part of the interview was when they put all of the candidates in a group in fron of the panel and gave us a case study. They asked us to devise a solution to the problem and observed us worknig together in a group.
Name a time you had to conform to a policy you didn't agree with?
They asked several questions about how I had performed a similar role in my past experiences. Examples include - how did I build training programs, what approaches I used to design learning content, etc.
