"To be a training coordinator you must have sufficient leadership and communication skills to instruct employees in a classroom setting and assess their comprehension of pertinent training topics. When you interview for this position, the interviewer will be primarily concerned with your ability to design unique, effective training programs that can be used to bring employees up to speed with new work processes. You may also be asked about your proficiency in computer programs that are essential for instruction, such as Microsoft Powerpoint."

I was asked to give an example of providing good service, then asked how I could elevate that service to the level of luxury service.

What is your strongest leadership quality?
While some of the interview questions are standard and have to do with the position you are applying for, some of them are strange, and feel as though they would have little or nothing to do with the role you are applying for. For example, I was asked why the grant for a grant-funded position I had was not refunded. This question has nothing to do with the position I was applying for, and it put me in an awkward position when the interviews demanded an answer.
