I personally thought the superhero question mentioned above was difficult since I am not familiar with many superheros.

It was more of a conversation where the Regional Manager just talked about what the company was like and what to expect. It was nothing like any interview I have ever had.
The group activity was probably the most difficult in trying to stand out from the other applicants in analyzing several workplace issues.
