Oh, you have children? What are their ages?
Interview questions were typical. During the application process there were personality and skill quizzes. Through a series of interviews there were inquiries about prior experience, skills, education, and expectations of the company. As well as specific client service scenarios. For the position I applied there were also speaking components which required a prepared presentation and PowerPoint to be drafted for the occasion.
They selected my response to certain questions from the ethics test and asked me why I chose that.
What is something not on your resume that would make you our choice for the position?
Why do you want to be a healthcare administrator?
They asked me to demonstrate how I was able to deal with a negative situation in my work place and how I contributed to the solution.
