Typical conversation was traditional questions answered in conversational format.
What is your availability for this position?
a lot of typical questions as well as sales oriented questions.
Tell me a time where a customer wasn't happy, how did you handle it and what did you do to fix the situation?
I had to rate myself on different subjects from 1-10. If I did not give myself a "10" I would have to explain why I did not give myself a higher rating. Two of the subjects were "attitude" and "sales ability"
Most of the questions were the normal "What did you do in this situation" type of thing, however what through me off was when they wanted 2 answers from some questions. I had an answer ready for everything, but when they asked for 2 I really had to think quick.
