Less an interview and more selling how great it is to work at Swapcard. Never made it to the second interview since the department head didn't take the time to review the exercise, even with the express asking of the HR rep.

A silly test of grammar and word definitions. (For professionals ?). Hiring manager spent too much time telling me how wonderful she was- how many job offers she had and why she chose This job even though the pay was low. I am not sure she had a degree. Positive she hadn't hired before!
