The questions were pretty standard and easy to answer. It was mostly situational type scenarios. Now they use a Loeminger process to get a deeper understanding of how you dealt with certain situations, how you made particular decisions, what were some key leanings, etc.
None - it was fairly predictable
None. The questions were typical out of the box interview questions. The interviewer did not have a grasp of all of the subject matter when it turned to the job description.
After explaining the details about the company and the role, she asked why I would be a good fit. This is a fairly general question, but it made me really think about how to properly communicate my experience and how it would transfer over through the training.
