Describe a difficult situation that you encountered with someone of another background (race, origin, gender, etc.) How did you come to an understanding with this person and what was the outcome?
The most unexpected question was "How do you deal with a confrontation with upper management?" It was unexpected because I would think that you would deal with them the same way you would any other manager, but after my experiences with AnF I find that you are required to tip toe around issues most of the time.

It's not a difficult interview. They have max 3 MIT positions for every 3 months but they are keep interviewing plenty of people week by week. When I was there the guy said two MITs will finish the training by the end of the next month and 3 will start the same day. I'm wondering why they were wasting my time if there was no free position for the next 4 months..
Lots of situational questions. "Name a time when this this and this and how did you overcome it type questions/scenarios.
