Questions from managers with L&D backgrounds were well framed for an L&D role- but seemed inconsistent from questions from those coming from Compliance, and difficult to gauge what they really wanted vs. what they needed. The questions themselves were not difficult.

There were several leadership style focused questions; & the traditional “walk me through your resume” introduction.
What subject in college did you enjoy the most and why?
What would you tell your customer if they are expecting a delivery and the driver is refusing to drop it off?
What would you do if a driver refused to pick up a load?
How would you deal with a truck driver that has violated a safety rule, but is resistant to receiving corrective action by their manager?
