They had pretty general interview questions. They asked about willingness to relocate but had no answers of where relocation would be.

I found the retail oriented questions difficult initially as I had no retail experience but the interviewers told me "we know you have no retail experience just relate experiences you've had that were similar." Probably my favorite question was about "growing talent" and how I had done that in the past. This seems to be (and rightfully so) a big concern during the interview process.
Behavioral and Situational.
Why retail?
Explain a time when there was conflict with another team member.
Explain a time when you used data to make a decision.
The best question they asked was "tell us about yourself." Every other question was aimed for a negative reflection towards you.
