Describe your sales experience
It was a half day long activity with 15 other aspirants. 60% of the session was about the company and the rest was predominantly activity based. On the outset it sounds nice, but it was no-where close to an opportunity to prove candidature. Besides that, I felt that my skill sets and the job description matched a lot, but the real expectation was entirely different.
The interview questions involved person background, professional experience and motivations, hypothetical scenarios (ie. customer service, booking software, workplace etiquette), and some general knowledge.

Tested knowledge of geography and tourist sights
A time you improved a process.
