Interview
First the owner calls you to have a breif conversation with you to make sure that you are able to converse properly since the role is part sales. Next is an in store interview where they ask what experience you have with customers and with repairing technology. Sometimes they give you scenarios on repairs or customer interactions.

First interview was over zoom, it went well, they said I was a high value candidate. Second interview took over one MONTH to get... Manager messed up and put me down as looking for part time work when I specifically told her full time.
Recruiter called, heard experience and set up a start date contingent on a drug test, was a very simple process albeit took awhile to originally respond back from the original application
