Most of them were about the design process, design handoff, project management, people management, career goals, creative file management, softwares I know/used, SEO, company culture and teamwork. Some of the questions I remember: 1. Tell me about yourself 2. Why are you interested in Outspoken media? 3. How do you handle design handoff? 4. How do you organize design files? 5. Are you interested to grow into a leadership role/path? 6. How do you manage tasks? 7. Have you led projects from start to finish?
