If there is one thing you could've done differently about the project, what would it be?
One of the key things they asked me was how I approach solving design problems - specifically how I balance creativity with usability. It was a great opportunity to share my process and how I collaborate with teams to bring ideas to life while keeping the user at the center.

How do you react when someone disagrees with you or when receiving negative feedback?
"Here is a screen from our mobile app. What will you do to , redesign it as fast as possible, with as many options as possible; with proper design rationale." Yeah, the things you normally do when you're actually working for a company and getting paid. But these folks want it all for free, at a superhuman work rate. Pathetic!
