My interviewer did not initially ask any questions and left it open for me to speak about myself. So preparing a little spiel about why you're an ideal applicant might be useful. Otherwise college interviewers might want to hear about how you think as a student, how you spend your free time etc...
The interviewer asked many questions about my interests and I described my past work on projects to her. No questions were particularly unexpected and she started out by going through a list of generic questions until I started telling her a bit about my background and asking her questions. Probably the most difficult aspect was trying to answer her questions and maintain respect for her despite her pretentiousness regarding the prestige of the institution.
