Really it was the test that was the most difficult part of the interview. However this was 4 1/2 yeas ago. The management there didn't seem to know what was going on at the time they just needed people in the door. The expectations sometimes can be very hard to meet because sometimes they were unreasonable.

The expectations sometimes can be very hard to meet because sometimes they were unreasonable.

Not a single question about underwriting, all behavioral questions. How about a mix of both so you can be sure the candidate actually knows how to underwrite? I had been working with this company for years and knew all their forms and guidelines but they never asked anything that would give them this information. I would have been ready to work with very little training, seems like an important detail to miss.

Not a single question about underwriting, all behavioral questions. How about a mix of both so you can be sure the candidate actually knows how to underwrite? I had been working with this company for years and knew all their forms and guidelines but they never asked anything that would give them this information. I would have been ready to work with very little training, seems like an important detail to miss.
