Tell me about a time you faced conflict with a team member, and how did you solve it?
From what I can remember, the most challenging part was defending the possibility that I would not be able to afford completing my degree. It's not an issue now, as I have completed both degrees I set out to earn. Another challenge, I think, was winning over the last person I spoke to. He was making weird faces as he looked at my design document and wireframes. I guess I understand, as I have done way better work since then, and can see how he might have not been impressed at the time. Of course, I was still in school, which was why I was applying for an internship.
