I was asked to talk through the User Research study I was asked to prepare before the interview. This was so much better than having to answer the standard type interview questions.
I didn't get an interview.
I presented three hypothetical case studies examining attitudinal/behavioral foundational, evaluative and summative user/UX research. Head of UX Research asked thoughtful followup. Really nice person. Good, substantive conversation.
