I thought some of the questions in the written test were silly and have felt that they are not up to the level of position to which I was applying. These questions were very basic and having to answer them in written form only added to the boredom of the lengthy test.

There were no set questions, it went in all directions. I would be trying to answer one question and before I could get to the point of what I was saying, another question would be asked, which made it difficult to showcase my skills and experience. I felt a bit like my life experiences and confidence was being judged more than my skills.
