Was pleasantly surprised to be asked a number of questions about ethical concerns in user research.
Describe how you would explain to a company how a feature or pattern is supposed to be used within the software.
They asked behavior questions as well as personality question to see if I would be a good cultural fit. Unfortunately, the vibe I got from the interview was that it is still a male-dominated culture where men are still in the position and power. I knew right away that I wouldn't fit in there.
