Some questions we focused on previous experiences in developing teams as well as leadership style and attributes. Overall a good mix of questions and interviewers.
It wasn't so much what they asked (as they can be pretty standard questions.) It was more about how you were made to feel. I didn't feel like I was being questioned. More like I was having a conversation with someone I hadn't seen in years. That spoke volumes to me.
