Questions were mostly about my experiences as a consultant, how I thought about business models, and why this opportunity excited me (really). No trick questions, or deep dives into the nuances of the industry.
The interview questions were situational and exploratory. The interviewers each took time to answer my questions and were highly engaged.
Behavior-based questions such as, "Tell me about a time you failed to see results, what did you do to capture the learnings and improve?"
