What's the typical design process when I start a project?
During the last interview I was asked to explain and reflect on the process of making the work test. This was quite a big part of the interview and how I was able to answer it eventually got me hired.
The interview has no structure, there were no behavioral questions, they were just focusing on the projects in my portfolio
