Most relevant was team and technology scaling. They're growing and I should have done a better job of articulating my experience. Don't make the same mistake :)

One difficult question was regarding the changing marketplace and how advisors are moving from commmissions to fee-based compensation. It was not fair to ask this so soon in the conversation (in 2 out of 5 interviews) when you have not built up to it, and when it really cannot be covered well in a 30 to 45 minute conversation where you also need to cover other things.
