Each session focused on a different set of skills and background experiences that were relevant to the role at hand. This spanned topics such as systems engineering, to regulatory concerns, and even including how I've approached DE&I in building teams and organizations in the past. The questions were well formulated and reflected what I felt were important technical and cultural values to the org.
Why should we hire you when we have so many other candidtaes interested in this position?
There was a whole bunch of questions embedded in an interesting conversation about self-driving the way Nvidia, Aurora, Tesla and others are doing it.
