I didn't encounter one. This company saw a fit in my experience and acted on my talent and experience. I was fully prepared for the interview and wasn't disappointed or overwhelmed by it. Even if I hadn't been hired it was a great opportunity to talk about my field of expertise.
How my skill sets fit with job posting
How would you generate internal buy in for a new project?
Was asked about my experience and projects.
What are your strengths and weaknesses
So why are you looking?
Tell me about yourself? How do you manage stress? What are your strengths and weaknesses?
The questions were pretty standard ones, they wanted to know about my academic and professional background and whether I had previous experience in the role I was applying for. I didn't receive any questions regarding my vision for the future or anything similar, it felt like they were genuinely okay with whatever I wanted to do, as long as I did it well. Again, this is the experience I had with my future managers, not Recruitment.
