The first two steps involved a multiple-choice general assessment, which took me around 90 minutes, followed by a proctored timed writing test. The tests were challenging but straightforward. After passing those, I did a brief interview with a team leader.
I applied in September 2024. I passed GA and WA and received approval for the next steps within 24 hours, and scheduled an interview for the following day, so everything from GA to Interview happened within 3 business days. The interview experience was the worst I've ever had, though. The interviewer asked many questions but gave me no feedback, not a single facial expression. It's just weird, and there is no transparency about what the selection criteria are. To be honest, they should use AI to do the interview.
