Interview
They called for an in person interview two weeks after the online application. The interview was with two people that handled HR in the store. The interview lasted 20 minutes and I was offered a position on the spot. They ask you what position you are interested in, but you do not necessarily get placed in that position.
I was asked a few questions, did the record check and was working within 2 weeks of applying. Have been there for a couple years now...have also advanced in positions since starting there.
