They called and asked if I was able to do an over the phone interview. Then proceeded to do the interview. They then called me in to see what position I would be put into. I didn't apply for the cashier job but thats where I was placed.

The manager sat me down and basically said he liked my resume and wanted to hire me then and there. I felt as if it was too easy to get the job looking back

Interview
I submitted my application Saturday, they called me on Monday. There was a phone interview where the woman asked me about my experience, qualifications and hours. She set up in in person interview with her colleague. And told me to bring two pieces of ID in case I was hired on the spot. In the interview I was asked the usual questions: Why I wanted to work there, when had I resolved a conflict, what was my experience working with people of diverse backgrounds? I was hired on the spot and filled out the police check form. They told me to come for orientation next Monday.
