Easy questions about situations surrounding theft. Overall simple interview, asked me questions about customer service skills. Nothing to hard at all, just be focus on customer experience. They use a lot of scenario questions to see your aptitude in certain situations, with primary focus being on how you handle a difficult customer to what weaknesses do you feel could be a problem in the work place environment.

They will ask availability n if u have transportation. Very easy to get through no preparing required. Managers are easy going people and wont require much from you. I recommend applying
It was good. It was very easy as they only asked for some skills I have and when am I available! That is all they asked for. It was also a phone interview.
