What You'll Do
As our Sales Operations Administrator, you will own the day-to-day execution of our inbound sales workflow.
You'll ensure every lead is properly qualified, routed, documented, tracked, and followed through while continually improving the efficiency of the process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prequalify and prioritize inbound sales leads quickly and accurately.
- Strategically schedule and dispatch sales reps to maximize efficiency and conversion.
- Keep the CRM spotless—track calls, emails, texts, and proposals with precision.
- Own the complete inbound lead management process from first contact through final disposition.
- Maintain exceptional CRM accuracy including notes, communications, appointments, estimates, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor pipeline activity to ensure no opportunity is overlooked.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements that increase conversion and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate daily with Sales, Technicians, and Customer Service to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Maintain dashboards for accuracy that provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues quickly and decisively.
- Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and operating procedures.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Lead Management, Business Operations, or similar operational roles.
- Experience working within CRM platforms (Service Titan experience is highly preferred).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
