Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical guidelines.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Ability to assess clients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills for overseeing RBTs and BTs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and data collection systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active state licensure (LBA)
• Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising clinical staff.
